Panic attacks can seemingly come out of nowhere, and at times can be so frightening that they can affect the quality of everyday life. My goal is to provide you with as much relevant information as possible in helping understand what causes panic attacks, providing tips and strategies for how to stop them, and ultimately hope to shed some light on possible methods of becoming panic free.
This is a site that is based on a combination of providing examples of personal experiences as well as relevant research and information. I had personally experienced anxiety and panic regularly for approximately four and a half years.
Most people think they can just the attacks and they will go away. You can't ignore them and expect to get rid of them. Help is available out there you just need to reach out for it.
It took me a combination of working with my physician, going to counseling, and a great deal of personal effort to accomplish my objective. My personal objective was simple: to be the person I was prior to ever experiencing a symptom of panic or anxiety.
I went from living a life of fear on a daily basis to living a life where I am completely relaxed and highly effective at work and in my personal life. I now feel happy, have fun, work hard, and enjoy life to the fullest.
I hope to write about some of the steps that helped me the most on my journey and offer panic attack stories of those who have overcome debilitating attacks. I wish you all the best life has to offer!
