This is a very powerful tool for relaxation. It aids greatly in relaxation by utilizing deep diaphragmatic breathing. Here's how it works:

• Take a deep breath in to a count of eight
• Hold the breath for a count of eight
• Exhale for a count of eight

This is a very simple yet incredibly powerful tool that you cannot practice too much of.
