Curse of the panic attacks

Panic attacks is like having a curse put on you that ruins your life, but you have to figure out ways to beat that spell . I still have panic attacks to this say but this is my story .
It started when i working on a production line , i was just standing there like normal , and all of a sudden i got really hot , i felt like i was getting dizzy and thought i was going to pass out, then i kept thinking i was going to swallow my toungue , then forgeting how to swallow full stop , and then it went to forgeting how to breath in . And it just gets worse , and you feel like your going to die . It went away after ten min's and i tried to discover what was going on .
Went to the doctors and he tested me on everything and it all came back fine , so he came to the conclusion that it was stress and panic related so i was put on betablockers and still actually take them .
But since the attack at work it happens quite regular , but the only reason this is happening is we keep thinking about it , and worrying about it coming on . I get it in social situations , pub , parents house , shops .
something that is a big NO NO is caffene, this will only enhance your attack 10 x worse . I'm slowley battling my way though it now . I had a really bad attack the other day and panic'ed so much i had to call 999 and they did tests and i was STILL fine .
So i went to the local pub with my uncle the day after and as soon as i walked in it started really bad , i spoke to my uncle openly and described exactly what was going on , and he said stay in , don't run away , and battle it out , and he said if you pass out ill be here , so i waited it out and he told me just forget about the panic just stop caring , pretend theres somthing on your shoulder and your flicking it off . And it dissopeered but left me really tired .
So now at this moment i have not had one all day for the first time in months , and i hope it lasts , because it makes you feel like commiting suicide .
Thanks for this website and thanks for the other stories , there an inspiration
