I have found my way out of my panic attacks. This may not help everyone out there but I would like to give you my experience and you may do with it as you wish.
About 2 years ago my cousin introduced me to the Law of Attraction. It took me a year of working on myself as in my soul to get over my panic attacks. I started meditation, I started to love ME, I started to stop worrying about everyone else in the world and focused on me and my family. I no longer watch the news and I no longer talk badly about anyone and I give everyone I meet a chance, even if I have heard bad things about them. I always listen to my soul, it never lets me down, its always positive. I finally LOVE ME!
