No More Panic Attacks For Me!

I use to get panic attacks when I went into malls or crowded areas. I would get hot and start to breathe shallow and quickly. I found out though that I no longer needed these panic attacks. I felt closed in and scared I wouldn't get out in time if something should happen like a fire or something.
I finally found my cure! I've been working on my emotional state for about a year and half. My cousin got me into the Law of Attraction. I know, a lot of people don't think that this stuff works but it did for me.
At first I loathed God. I didn't think God existed or if he did he wasn't helping me any. I was angry and depressed. My cousin asked me to read a book that really explains who God is and how he helps each and every one of us. I am far from religious, I am spiritual. There is a difference.
So, I read the book and I cried and laughed and felt better about God. I then was introduced to The Law of Attraction. So I read all the books I could get my hands on to educate myself of the processes that have helped me overcome my panic attacks.
I have learned that all panic attacks are is fear. Once you know it is fear, you can then narrow it down to what fear or fears you have while you have an episode. You then look at the fear and figure out why you have this fear. After answering that question, you can then go through an emotional journey where you are safe and secure, such as in your own home or with a friend.
The emotional journey is a wonderful experience! I have been on my emotional journey for a year and a half. I feel free, I feel rich, I feel healthy and able to cope with anything that has come my way! I do encourage people to take their own emotional journey to help with panic attacks and in fact for any physical or emotional pain or discomfort.
I wish everyone well. All I know is that what I've done has worked for me. I believe that it can work for others too if they want it bad enough.
