I have experienced panic attacks, and have found that talking to people about them helps... support groups can also be helpful... websites such as this one can also be helpful, and it's great to see that there are people who are able to carry on and live life to the fullest.

Another thought that I'd like to share is that I believe that panic attacks tell us that there's likely something wrong with our overall way of life... fixing what is wrong in our lives should help with panic attacks
