Sleep and Panic Attacks

Are things such as sleep and panic attacks able to influence one another?

Does the amount, quality, and quantity of sleep that you get influence levels of anxiety or panic?

The answer to that question is a simple yes.

Modern science has been able to show a correlation between lack of sleep and and increase in anxiety, especially in people who may experience anxiety on a regular basis.

In my own experience, lack of sleep influenced panic attacks significantly.

If I lacked the sleep I required, the panic attacks would be triggered a little more easily.

I even had a couple of night panic attacks (Also known as a Nocturnal Panic Attack).

Once I learned how sleep influenced panic attacks, I did the best I could to get a good 8 hours of sleep each night.
